Starbucks Coffee Company

I’ll drive out of my way from now on to avoid this location. I’ve given it chance after chance and I don’t understand why they’re slow as molasses - doesn’t matter if it’s 1 car in line or 20. I get maybe if it’s a shortage in staff but I’ve tried this location since it first opened up until August 2026. For this to be a problem every visit is crazy.

The reason the parking lot at firestone was blocked off is due to the lot being resealed. You can not drive on it during this time, because it has to cure or else it feels up. Also it is not shared space between Firestone and Starbucks we have are own parking lots.

Shout-out to the barista, Ava, who helped me today. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived she let me know the app didn’t reflect it, but they were out of the drink I ordered. I was in a hurry and asked if there was anything she could make in under 2 minutes so I did not have to get a refund. She immediately made me something delicious and I was on my way in under 2 mins. I’ve had a few early-morning experiences in the past here where the store showed “open” online but no one was there and I had to get a refund through HT, so today’s great service with Ava really helped restore my confidence. Thank you!

Asked for a dark roast with room for cream...oops, can't do that myself now. Just ONE cream please. Is there coffee in here?

They make the best drinks. They take time to do the recipes right at the same time they are fast pace. They make good strong drinks. Very happy and smiling all the time. The caramel crunch with cinnamon dolce syrup is my favorite. My husbands is a hot white chocolate mocha which i really like too
